Product Description
The α1-adrenergic receptors (α1-ARs) are members of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily, comprising three subtypes: α1A, α1B, and α1D. Although all these subtypes signal through the Gq/11 family of proteins to mediate downstream signaling, they exhibit distinct activation patterns.α1-ARs can mediate cellular mitogenic responses and regulate the growth and proliferation of various cell types. Given their role in multiple critical physiological responses, the development of drugs targeting α1-ARs holds broad application prospects.
Screeningbio’s CHO-K1/Mouse α1B-adrenoceptor cell line overexpress Mouse ADRA1B receptor and is designed to detect increases in intracellular IP-1 levels in response to agonist stimulation of the receptor. Cisbio HTRF IP-1 kit can be used to detect the signal.

![CHO-K1/Mouse α1B-adrenoceptor Agonist Assay. CHO-K1/Mouse α1B-adrenoceptor cells were treated with the reference agonist Epinephrine. The assay was run based on Revvity IP-one HTRF protocol. Non-linear regression was used to plot activity changes vs. [Compound, M], and EC50 /IC50 values were determined, using GraphPad Prism software.](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/cbf7de_54e88fa5e95c4f029e1f546255c18844~mv2.png/v1/fill/w_75,h_75,al_c,q_85,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,blur_2,enc_auto/cbf7de_54e88fa5e95c4f029e1f546255c18844~mv2.png)
